Completing this application will tell us whether you would do better with an active or lazy, soft or dominant, independent or submissive dog. We do not adopt dogs on a first come first serve basis. We review all applications received and select the best home for the dog based on what we know of it's personality, habits and behaviors.

To adopt one of C.U.R.S. dogs: An Adoption Application must be completed, submitted & approved. An adoption contract and a tax deductible donation (to help cover vet expenses) of $225.00 will also be required. Donations are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse any applicant.
